Topics
How to present brand like any other investment, link awareness to acquisition and lifetime value, and give finance a forecast they can hold you to.
What it takes to build a marketing mix model in-house now that AI tools make it possible, and when a managed platform is still the better call.
Why no single method is enough, and how to use experiments to calibrate models so the whole team trusts the results.
Analyst training
Most analysts are great at getting the numbers right and never get taught how to present them. I run hands-on workshops for agency and in-house analytics teams on turning analysis into a clear story for clients, CMOs, and CFOs. I started my career on the agency side and have spent 13+ years presenting to executives, so the material comes from real client meetings and budget reviews.
Open with the "so what" and the recommendation, not the methodology, and keep the detail in the appendix for when someone asks.
Pick the right chart, cut the clutter, and write titles that say what the data means instead of what it shows.
Tailor the same analysis for a client, a CMO, and a CFO, and translate marketing metrics into the numbers finance plans around.
Explain confidence intervals and test results without losing the room, and answer the hard questions with confidence.
The core framework with before-and-after examples. A good fit for a lunch-and-learn or team offsite.
Analysts bring a real deck and rework it in the session with live feedback.
Regular reviews of client-facing work before it goes out, so the skills stick.
Based in New York City, so in-person sessions at your office are easy. Virtual sessions available anywhere.
